"Are you drinking coffee? Did you know that’s illegal and bad for your health?"

I asked my students to write their future hopes and dreams… when they’re 10, 20, 30… 100 years old! Their responses made me LAUGH and CRY! <3 them.

“When I’m 20, I hope to have a day off.” - Kinderbaby, age 5

“When I’m 20, I hope I will have a baby.” - Kinderbaby, age 6

“When I’m 90, I hope I will sit down. When I’m 100, I hope I will sleep.” - Kinderbaby, age 6

“When I’m 100, I hope I want to brush your teeth.” - Kinderbaby, age 6

“When I’m 70, I hope I know a lot of stuff like my mom.” - Kinderbaby, age 5

“When I’m 100, I hope I remember my memories.” - Kinderbaby, age 5

“When I’m 20, I hope my baby sister comes out. When I’m 30, I hope to remember Faith and Hope.” - Kinderbaby, age 6
Her mom is due in a couple of months! ^^ Faith & hope… aw, my Kinderbabies are so religious! So cute!

“When I’m 100, I hope to be 6 again.” - Kinderbaby, age 6

“When I’m 10, I hope I can help clean the floor. When I’m 20, I hope to wash the car. When I’m 30, I hope people’s feet get better.” - 1st Grader, age 7
Interestingly selfless!

But he also wishes to be a handsome boy! ;)

“When I’m 40, I hope my parents are still alive. When I’m 50, I hope I’m still alive.” - 1st Grader, age 6

“When I’m 60, I hope I’m not a grandma.” -1st Grader, age 6

“When I’m 80, I hope I have my mom’s and dad’s house.” - 1st Grader, age 6

“When I’m 20, I hope I get engaged.” - 1st Grader, age 7

“When I’m 30, I hope I’ll have better handwriting.” - 1st Grader, age 6

“When I’m 90, I hope I can see my parents like once a week. When I’m 100, I hope I can lay on the couch and do nothing.” - 1st Grader, age 6
